HP ProBook 440 G3: Laptop will not power on; blinking caps lock and num lock with beep

I have a HP Probook 440 G3 that refused to boot after a failed update. It started emitting the num lock LED continuously a week before this incident.

On pressing power, it doesn’t boot but caps lock and num lock blink with 2 long beeps and 2 short beeps, then the sequence continues endlessly without the beeps heard. I have accessed the support on the HP official website to attempt restoring the BIOS but it is not helpful.

Please anyone with similar experience and how did you solve yours?

I have a HP Probook 440, Motherboard dax8qamb8d0 rev-d, This laptop once connected only take 0,007 amp (see the picture bellow)

i guess is shorted board?

I guess not the charger, board has the 19volts on it. It is posible RTC cmos battery affect it? Theres a 0.20volts detected on the battery pins is it normal?

Thanks you for checking my inquiry. I have checked it and as per image below it is working properly.

As for the concern if it’s gotten wet, when I am cleaning the keyboard I usually used a wet wipes to remove the dirt.

What do you think the best thing to do?
