When i plugged the charger it does charge, there's a light below the plug. I tried to hold/long press the power button but there's nothing is happening

My laptop fell down while charging And seems that something broken is stuck under the power button, but it is still charging, I went to a shop which some how managed to turned on without pressing the power button but using the keyboard. I forgot to ask him what button to press to switch on the laptop. My laptop is still working 100%, could please anyone of you help me switch on my laptop? I am a student and I need it for my work. Thanks in advance

I got my laptop from my brother and when you gave it to me it wasn't working but me and my dad went to the repair shop and we fixed it but they didn't fix the charger ever since the charger has been acting up and I don't know how to fix it
