The printer has new ink cartridges, everything moves as it should but when I ask it to print, the paper comes out blank.

I have removed the ink cartridges and there is a pool of black ink inside the printer. What is the best way to clean the inside of the printer?

I tried to print on some heavy paper. The paper jammed. I was able to clear the jamb, but now can only print if I push the paper into the second set of rollers. Everything else seems to work. I can scan and the printer works once the paper is pushed into the second set of rollers.

Thanks for the info. I fixed the problem by purchasing a new printer.

The moveable stop guide which slides out from within the output try has broken. I would like to replace it. How do I do this? What is the part or part number? Where can I get this from? Thanks

HP Photosmart Plus B210a: Printer gives an error message of " ink system failure"

Printer gives and error of “ink system failure” but I have changed the print head and still nothing I have tried will allow the printer to function. It was suggested that I get a reset cartilage that retailers are not able to sale to see if someone would give me one and try to see if this would reset the printer.

HP Photosmart Plus B210a: My hp b210a will not grab the paper

I have a similar problem as Collin Pardy. My hp b210a will not grab the paper. If I push the paper further in to contact the 2nd set of rollers, it will then take the paper and print just fine. It appears that the 1st set of 2 rollers do not even turn. They drop down to contact the paper, and then that's it. Is this a gear problem? Is this repairable? I did that reset process that Arjan recommended. Did not help.

It sounds like it is printing but when the paper comes out there is nothing printed on it. I even replaced the ink cartridge, but no change.

I purchased third-party cartridges that are listed as compatible with my printer. Upon installation, the printer displayed a warning indicating that non-HP cartridges were installed. Although I am now able to bypass this warning when all cartridges are installed, the printer continues to print blank pages.

I have tested multiple cartridges, run the printhead cleaning cycle many times, and attempted additional troubleshooting, but the issue persists.
