I purchased third-party cartridges that are listed as compatible with my printer. Upon installation, the printer displayed a warning indicating that non-HP cartridges were installed. Although I am now able to bypass this warning when all cartridges are installed, the printer continues to print blank pages.

I have tested multiple cartridges, run the printhead cleaning cycle many times, and attempted additional troubleshooting, but the issue persists.

I have a HP Photosmart 2610. The screen indicates a carriage jam, to open, clear the jam, close the door and press the OK, and resume.

The resume however is just back to the same jam screen.

Where to start?

HP Photosmart Premium e-All-in-One C310a: Paper feed rollers have stopped feeding paper?

The printer will print fine with one page at a time manual feed. The feed rollers drop down on the paper but will not turn when it touches the paper. Have looked for answers all through HP support and have only found that HP doesn't do anything about fixing this problem. Has anybody taken one of these apart yet to see how they can be repaired? Any good ideas about how to start?

HP Photosmart c3180: C4480 (almost identical to C3180) says “Out of Paper”—but it’s not

This printer (which I just brought out of mothballs after about a decade, with fresh inkjet cartridges) absolutely refuses to acknowledge there’s paper to be printed. I’ve tried all the solutions (including HP’s how-to videos; hard-resets, roller cleanings, etc.) and yet the printer insists it’s “Out of Paper”—when it’s not. I’ve inspected and cleaned the rollers, everything looks good; rollers are rolling, cartridges move when printer starts, etc.

The one aberration was a small piece of plastic at the back of the printer, with decaying (slightly gooey) green plastic. (Photos of front and back attached.) But its placement suggests it wouldn’t be a factor until after the paper had begun to move in—and the paper doesn’t move a bit.

Any help?

My printers display says "Print cartridge problem". I have cleaned the cartridge contacts, as well as the encoder strip. I'm not sure what to try next.

HP Photosmart: Photosmart 7510e - Paper not feeding automatically, Will feed Manually

With paper in the printer "No Paper Error" keeps coming up. When the printer status page it printed the feed rollers move down to the paper however they do not roll or move at all to pull the paper through the printer. All of the additional rollers after the feed rollers are working properly because when you push just one sheet of paper through the feed rollers the second rollers will grab the paper and pull through the duplexer rollers.

I am looking for a guide to the teardown process to get to the feed rollers to see if a gear is broken.

the pickup wheel does not move when the printer is calling for another sheet of paper and then the load paper light comes on to load paper?? it appears like a gear is not engaging. How do I open the printer to fix this issue?

hi, my printer doesnt detect paper in the tray and the out of paper message appear, load paper in the main tray. Which I have obviously done. I have checked for any paper residues or jams, clean the rollers and all accesible parts. tried resetting to factory setups but nothing is working .... Iver had this printer for 6 yrs, I think it had his time .... But if anyone has an fixing trick for that one, I would like to try fixing it to give it to charity.
