I have a part that came off one of the feed roller shafts inside the printer. I need to remove the top of the printer (HP calls it the Cartridge Door). I need to remove the door so I can remove some of the screws holding the top of the printer casing. Can anyone help me with that? Also, is there a repair/service manual available that would assist with disassembly of this particular printer. Thank you

The printer will only print blank pages. The ‘Print Quality Diagnostic‘ report says that there is no black ink, yet it prints the report in black ink! In reality there is plenty of black ink: the cartridge has just been changed. Another error report says that ‘alignment has failed: cartridge is set to default quality’. Help would be greatly appreciated!

Why won’t the wheels in the rear of the printer grab the paper? I can hear it trying and you can see the paper has slid towards the wheels but they can’t seem to grab the paper.
