Hp pavilion 15z: Why does the screen boot so slow

So today when I boot up the laptop, it went into the login screen, and I got in. Once I got in it's a black screen. I press ctrl+alt+delete to get into task manager. I'm still able to run my games on steam. And after like 5 minutes the screen comes up. So I want to ask why does it take so long to load to the screen

Hi. Recently I brought a new laptop from the hp online store, but I didn't choose the right network card. I want to change the network card, but feel unsure about it because I heard my friend said there is a whitelist. My laptop model number is #1GK61AV_1.

My little brother poured water all over the laptop and the laptop's keyboard stopped working. I've tried drying it out but it did not help!
