Failed to put an ACPI power object into a transient state

Also, a discrete video card is not displayed not in the BIOS, not in the device manager, I completely updated all the drivers, reinstalled windows several times, installed ubuntu, but absolutely nothing helped, I don’t know what to do, please help.
