hp pavilion 15-aw0031a-- this laptop works windows 10 and 12gb ram

hp pavilion g7-1219wm-- this is the one i want to fix

So is it oka if i switch the rams from my hp pavilion 15 energy star to my hp pavilion g series? The g series ram is damged or that is what i believe since the screen doesnt want to work its very dimmly lit. So i was going to swap the rams and see if it works. one has 12 gb ram and the other only 4. one is windows 10 and the other windpws 7

Would you do a video or make instructions for how to replace the shell back? I have a major crack near my power button. It looks like I might have to take everything off the shell but again, I'm kind of new to tearing stuff down and then putting them together

I am trying to repair my windows 10 os on another computer but the media creation tool is not working on the current laptop im using it is windows 7 home i already updated it and as well i already used the easy fix it and nothing is working im not sure what to do.

HP Pavilion 15-au: Why does my laptop power light flash 3 times but not turn on?

I have a hp pavilion notebook 15-au181na laptop. When I push the power button the light by the place where you plug in the laptop charger flashes 3 times but does not turn on.

It all started when I was trying to reinstall windows 10 using a USB. This is because I had to replace my laptop bottom case and keyboard because the old ones were cracked and I had to remove the mother board, battery and hard drive and then put them back in. When I did this then the computer would not boot up and therefore I had to reinstall windows 10 using Rufus and a USB.

I have tried removing the battery and then pushing the power bottom for 30 seconds however, it has not worked. I also tried plugging in the power without the battery and this also has not worked.

Does anyone know why my laptop will not turn on?
