HP Pavilion 15-B: Cracked screen spare part question

I don’t know what series my HP Pavillion laptop is but the model number is 8TR24PA. It has a crack on the screen from a hard object falling off the wall and hitting it (from approx 30-40cms height). The screen is now impossible to read but still has power going to it and appears to still be working. I think only the front plastic panel needs replacing. Is this possible, and if so, do you have a part number please? Thanks very much.

HP Pavilion 15-bk020wm: Installed update, can no longer use PIN, forgot password.

So I recently installed a needed update for my laptop, and unbeknownst to me it updated the security settings so I can no longer use the PIN I’ve been using for years, and I cannot remember the password (I also don’t even recognize the email address).

so why not just reset password to a back up email? Well…there is none. There is, but it is the same email I don’t recognize / don’t remember making (it’s my first and last name at gmail). So I went through with my only other option which was to go online and hope I gave Microsoft enough information (basically they only asked for my first last and middle name, my sex, my country, state, city, and zip code. There were no secret questions set up) for them to believe this is ME using my SAME LAPTOP FROM THE SAME IP ADDRESS AND LOCATION FOR YEARS! I also still remember the PIN I was using before this update!

so basically I’m totally locked out of my laptop. Are there any solutions at all to this or should I just throw it in the dumpster because that’s where it may as well be right now ):

thank you very much for taking the time to read my issue and I look forward to (hopefully) trying to fix it or just getting closure that it is in fact worthless now.

HP Pavilion 15-bk020wm: Spilled half a bucket of hot water on it what do I do!? How can I fix

I am a 13 year old and I have a mom who would kill me if she found out that I spilled half a bucket of hot water on my laptop so please help me!!!! What happened was I woke up at 3 am to boil some water for a cold I had and when carrying the bucket of water I left it on a small stool (tiny chair) with my laptop on the ground (where I left it last night because I fell asleep) So i went to the kitchen for a brief moment only to arrive and see the water spilled all over and some of it went into the laptop. I tried turning it on but it didn't work, and I unscrewed it so that I can get the battery and hard drive out but unfortunately I couldn't remove the chassis and I can't ask my mom for her blow dryer because she would ask why and I can't tell her what happened. Please help me!!!!!!
