<p>Lcd connector cable is damaged due to which lcd is not working or some times working bad ,double screen and color/blac white lines on one side of screen.</p>

<title><![CDATA[HP Omni 10: Touchscreen function unavailable (HP Omni 10)]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>I obtained a second hand Omni 10 years ago.</p>

<p>For as long as I’ve had it, its touchscreen capacity has been problematic, failing without notice rendering it unusable as a tablet.</p>

<p>The only information the device provides is the I2C HID driver not operating. Though everything is up-to -date (updated to Windows 10).</p>

<p>I’ve seen suggestions that bending the Omni 10 in a certain way helps, that the issue might be due to a digitizer connector ‘misfiring’, other than that, no proper solution -nothing coming from HP.</p>

<p>I’m looking for an indication for what can be done, I’d rather repair it/have it repaired than purchase an other tablet.</p>

<p>I’m using ‘Driver Booster 8’. All drivers are presented as up-to-date.</p>

<p>Touchscreen worked until a few days ago after I checked to see if it was the case -as I’ve put away my Omni 10 because it wasn’t previously.</p>

<p>It lasted less than a week, showing troubles rapidly to the point it no more works -again, other than that, the table works fine.</p>
