I have watched the video on cleaning the roller pick up and these tips did not work. As per the instructions I need to replace the rollers. I have searched the net to find the parts. Can someone help?

it's not picking up the paper to print. Mine is a HP inkjet 6500A. The answers I found in this page was for Canon printer. What should I do? If I can't fix it myself, is there a HP inkjet printer repair location in San Antonio?

HP Officejet 6500: Pickup rollers not working

Hi, the pickup rollers on my printer are not picking up paper and feeding it to the other rollers. They are not turning at all. I removed them and cleaned them but this did not fix the problem. The HP website has no other suggestions. Though the printer isn't new, it's seldom used, so user stress isn't the problem. Suggestions? Ideas?

The drive belt for the printer head carriage broke so the printer can no longer move the printer head carriage (the part that holds the 4 printer cartridges). Can the belt be repaired or replaced? My printer was working fine then for no reason the message came up saying "clear the paper jam". I have had a good look right through the machine and I can not see any paper jamming the device anywhere. What can I try now? Can anyone repair it in Newcastle upon Tyne?

HP Officejet 6500: How do I mount the serrated paper guide in the back? There's no space

Basically the last guide, which doesn't just slide in in the back but actually goes on the other side and inside the bottom, but it is impossible to put back in as is because there's just no visibility and no maneuvering in that tight space. Tried from the front, same thing. I will add a photo of the clip and where it should go.

I changed a color ink cartridge & it is installed correctly and is brand new and I keep getting message that it is defective. I changed to another new cartridge and it still gives me the same message.

Why does my printer say it is out of paper when it is not. It will not print until I pull the paper out and then put the sheets in. Then do it again for the next sheet.
