HP Officejet 4620: Why is it not printing with a new black HP ink cartridge?

I installed a new HP 564 black ink cartridge, and nothing black printed. I ran the "clean print head" program, and the colors print brilliantly, but still no black. I put in a second new cartridge, still nothing, It printed fine yesterday, albeit a little dim.

Where can I buy 4 contact ribbon wire to connect my print head. (1 of the leads was damaged and it wont sense the ink cartridges. For an HP 4620 office jet all in one printer.
