HP Notebook 15-ba018ds: Why are these voltage differences?

Hello everyone.

Please, I would like your help in order to help me understand what and why are these small voltage differences on laptop batteries when going for new buy for replacement.

laptop model is:HP Pavilion 15db1027nv

HP original battery is: HT03XL (or REPLACE WITH HP SPARE L11119-855)

On original battery also:

11.55V
41.7Wh
3470mAh

Just exactly like here:

But, on many selling sites, the elements (Volts, Wh, mAh) differ a little, just like here:

https://www.aliexpress.com/item/10050041...

Here, Voltage is not 11.55 but 11.40.

a. On replacement, shouldn't voltage be EXACTLY the same? If second battery, with 11.40V is bought and installed, what are the coincidences? Could it cause any damages?

b. What and why batteries are produced even with this small differences?

HP Notebook 15-ba018ds: Why does the screen turn foggy and inoperable

Screen suddenly turns foggy; cursor is a large plus sign, but ineffective unless the Windows key on keyboard is used to bring up start panel. I have not learned a sure way to get my working screen usable.

HP Notebook 15-ba018ds: Found the Primary DNS Problem

Hello, I found the Primary DNS Problem from some days back. Firstly I think this may be the Internet Connectivity issue. but when I try to browse something on a different PC, the Internet works fine, I am very frustrated about this, I searched many of the videos on Youtube. and also do reset my Router as well, but the problem is the same as previous. i am not able to understand what is the issue. Please help me to out this, waiting for Your Suggestion?

HP Notebook 15-ba018ds: Water damage keyboard mixed up

Hi,

i cleaned my keyboard with a slightly wet antibacterial wipe the keyboard has now gone haywire. Several keys work fine with no problem others when you press them type different characters for example the g key types ‘4gv’ and m types ‘tmh’ the backspace key enlarges the screen. I have added an external keyboard which works fine
