HP Mobile Thin Client: Why my laptop not turning on

IAfter opening and cleaning my laptop, it doesn't turn on. All the parts are connected properly. The light that indicates that it is on is on. It is charging but the screen doesn't turn on. However, the screen did turn on once. I don't think it's burned out anywhere. I think there's just a short circuit somewhere. What do you think?
