HP LaserJet CM1415fnw: Why are my prints coming out double/blurred lettering and image

I've tried cleaning the heads cleaning the device and other tips i'd seen online but it's still happening. Any advice?

What would make the print come out double like the black lines don't line up to the rest of an image

The ADF(automatic document feeder) will not pick up paper, either a single sheet or multiple sheets. HP and my extended warranty says it can't be fixed, printer is only a bit over one year old. Anyone know if a ADF unit is available?

Every thing seems to be working fine with the printer from a communication point; however, every 2nd or 3rd piece of paper jams as it is coming out. I have check to ensure no paper is clogging port where paper is being dispensed and cannot understands why it wrinkles.

HP LaserJet CM1415fnw: Always posting Misprint mess after the first page, then Cleaning mess

When I print it will stop after the second page and say “Misprint” then when I select continue it will print the last page that it printed and the next page.

It will then say Cleaning and then it will say misprint again and print the last page and the next page and so on and so on;

Why is my scan maximum 300 in menu when specs list 1200? I can only choose a maximum of 300 although the specifications state I should have 1200 available. I also have only 2 file format choices when there should be around 6?

My printer has started to make a very loud crinkling noise and is missing part of printed field. Most recent document was only 40% visabje and not all aligned. In inspecting the rear opening, there is a very loose and damaged plastic sheet/roller cover that I see.

Can it be fixed?

The printer had been sitting unused for many months... all systems seem to be working, network, drivers etc., toner cartridges indicate more than half full (and I put a new black toner in to test) Print job comes out very faint in black.

Demo Page shows some yellow, some magenta, no cyan and very faint black.

I cleaned rollers, shook the cartridges... what do try next?

HP LaserJet CM1415fnw: New cartridge does not work - transport lock

I have this old, but decent printer and my ink was almost out. So I took a new cartridge (I have 2 originals stil in closed package) and removed the orange transport locks and shuffled the cartridge.
After putting it in, I get the error remove transport lock (or shipping locks, I don't know the exact word, my printer has Dutch language).
And I can't figure out what I can do to fix this. I swapped the chips from the old and the new, same result. And the old still works, but very bad prints since ink is almost out. I tried the other new one, same result.
Any ideas?

There's a paper jam in which I can see a bit of the paper sticking out -- way toward the back (where the paper first emerges after it's printed), but most of the paper is still inside somewhere. The screen says to open the rear door, which I did, but I see no way to get to the paper jam through the rear door. Any suggestions?
