HP Envy dv7t-7200: Is my laptop screen diseased? It has the ICSVID virus.

My laptop is not working. The display is 75% gray on the left and 25% white on the right and it has lines, cracks and it also has 3 black spots on the right side of the screen. Do I have the Internally Cracked Screen Virus Disease (ICSVID) virus and does it mean the display is diseased? I know a new replacement screen can cure the virus.

HP Envy dv7t-7200: How do I remove the bezel from the display?

How do I remove the bezel and trim around the display? I already have it removed from the notebook. I just need to get to the inverter underneath to test it. There appears to be a screw under the bezel near the hinges on each side holding it in place, but I cannot seem to get to them. I know if I apply any more pressure I’ll break it. I’ve already used a heat gun and I know it’s not glued on. Thank you.

HP Envy dv7t-7200: Can I fix the plastic at the display hinge?

I recently took apart this laptop to replace the fan. In the process I did not take enough care with the hinges for the display. The plastic broke where it was screwed in. It's still fully disassembled and I want to try to repair it. I was thinking it would possibly work if I just found a plastic adhesive. Though that may be only a temporary fix and again break after some use.
