HP Envy 5660: Blue screen of death

I experience the following issues. I think it may have been after an automatic firmware update:

Sometimes it will not even power on when I press the power button.

If it does power on, it usually gets stuck on the HP screen or shows a blue screen with one of several error codes, like: B84507AE, B80A0AEC, 00541654, B3A7AAFC, B8A7451E, and others. It seems like the system cycles through a dozen different failure modes and error codes and is not consistently the same each time.

If it does make it to the home menu screen, it faults out there after a few seconds or the screen changes to black and white stripes or some kind of distortion.

There is no way to do a factory reset, as I cannot even get the printer to turn on and let me use the menu screen or connect via wifi. Basically the printer seems like it is "bricked."

Yes, I have tried dozens of time to use a different cord or outlet, powering off and on. I have even noticed that a desk lamp in the same room flickers briefly as I plug the printer cord in. I even changed the power supply to no avail.

The cartridge lock has come loose and I would like to put it back, but it’s a plastic piece and I don’t want to force and break it.

The part circled in yellow should be underneath the metal part (see the black ink cartridge beside).

Do you know how it’s done and can help? Please see photo for more details. Thanks!

HP Envy 4502: freezes up or shuts off mid print

Sometimes when I use it it either completely stops halfway through the print for about an hour before ejecting the half printed page, or shuts off completely and won't turn on unless I unplug it then plug it back in, it also will say that the ink is empty, even if it has a brand new cartridge, also the door sensor is broken and will randomly say that the access door is open even if it's closed

HP Envy 4520: LCD screen solid blue, printer unresponsive.

Hello,

The printer is no longer detected by any of my devices, whether connected wirelessly or through USB, and the screen is solid blue. The touch-buttons next to the screen do light up. Pressing the power button does nothing, even when held down for over a minute. I tried unplugging it (from power) and plugging it back in multiple times in quick succession as well as waiting several hours to plug it back in, and nothing changes.

At this point I believe I'm out of options for interacting with it from the outside. Any help narrowing down the problem and/or fixing it is welcome.
