HP Elitebook 820 G1: Is there a way to clear the SSD hard drive from this laptop?

Got this laptop from auction with a small amount of money, basically want to use its parts on my other computer stuffs. However, the SSD comes with this laptop has "wave security protection" and won't allow me to format or partition it, put it into an external case closure and try to do the above operations on my other laptops, no luck and it simply failed (the SSD hard drive itself is in good working condition). Any thoughts how to remove that "lock" or clear it?

Thanks,

HP Elitebook 820 G1: Laptop not switching on with battery sometimes

My laptop switch on when connected to power. If you don't use it for about 5 days, it can switch on on battery. When it's in power, it does not charge the battery more than 76%.

So sometime it works on battery and sometimes it doesn't. What could be the problem
