HP Elite x2: How do you switch to rear camera

Hello,

My laptop fails to response to touch input, in short, no touch at all while the display works fine.

I wonder if it is the problem with the screen itself or from some part called Touch Control Board.

HP Elite x2: How to bring back the windows screen again?

My tablet/PC (it is the mini red tablet PC model) is only less than a year old, but had a couple of issues already before I tried to troubleshoot by performing the default restoration (to bring it back to its default setting). After the restoration procedure the screen hang-up and freeze with nothing but the black screen.

The power button works and was turned on, but only the HP logo displays on the screen, alternately flashing with the blank black screen every few minutes until the PC battery is completely drained again. I recharged the battery all the way up to 100% and repeated the above process for more than 3x, and nothing happens, NO LUCK! I even tried to plug the PC and leave the power on, but same thing - HP logo, then black screen back and forth, and still NO LUCK!

Can you please help resolve this problem? Please provide a recommendation to fix it?
