<description><![CDATA[<p>Why does my pc restart at intervals and displays a message on the boot screen” installing windows update “ and then comes on only to restart severally again with irregular intervals. I can’t do anything with my pc because it might just restart again. Also when it boots it show a notification “ restart required.   Your pc needs to be restarted to finish setting up this device: HP R90 System Firmware “</p>
