HP EliteBook 8560w: Intel Centrino Ultimate-N 6300 AGN... Driver - Will not update

When I ran a driver update on my laptop I needed to update many drivers. All but 1 updated fine. The one driver that did not update was the Intel Centrino Ultimate-N 6300 AGN... During the process a box popped up like I was supposed to type something in the box? It kept waiting for some type of prompt. Is this Intel Wireless LAN driver necessary to update on this model?

HP EliteBook 8560w: Certain keys on keyboard not working F6 4 7 = a s d [ k l ;

Suddenly certain keys on the keyboard have stopped working:            F6    4     7     =     a      s     d    [    k    l    and    ;

(I have hooked up a Bluetooth keyboard to type this)

I have:

Turned off, removed battery, held power switch down for > 1 minute - then rebooted - no change

Gone into NetBios using F10, done a keyboard test - it fails

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the keyboard druivers - no effect.

If possible, can somebody at least confirm if this is a motherboard or software problem. I already replaced the keyboard without success.

HP EliteBook 8560w: Boot Device Not Found

This laptop was not originally mine as it was handed down to me. The laptop has always worked fine and even would set up just fine however I was stupid and played around with it when I wanted to try to factory restart the laptop. Now whenever it turns on, it just says boot device not found, please install an operating system on your hard disk. If anyone can, please help figure this out because I really don't want to have to spend almost $1000 on a new laptop.
