I used my PC during the day and try to biot it this evening and I'm getting "operating system not found"

How can I fix this??

Internal laptop keyboard intermittently stops working in Windows but works normally in BIOS.

Details:

Device: HP laptop (BIOS P78 updated to latest version)
Keyboard works inside BIOS every time.
After booting into Windows, keyboard sometimes works after restart but stops working after full shutdown and cold boot.
“Human Interface Device Service” set to Automatic.
BIOS updated and Load Setup Defaults applied.
Issue persists even after BIOS update and default reset.

Suspected I2C / Intel Serial IO related issue, since keyboard appears to function at firmware level but fails intermittently in Windows.
