Everytime I am turning on my HP elitebook it is showing HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI. Why it is showing it and also some of my keyboard keys including ENTER key is malfunctioned

Computer won’t power on. When the AC adapter is plugged in, the power and caps lock lights flash white continuously, no pattern, just fast blinking. I have cleaned ram, switched slots, taken cmos battery out to wipe cmos. I have removed the battery and tried with just ac, yet nothing. Can anyone help me out?

My laptop keep restarting and display cmos reset 502, but it is refurbished and the cmos removed full but before it worked well in last 6 months, there is no place of cmos what can i do??

I put a 9v adapter into a 5v external DVD drive while it was connected to my laptop via USB.

The DVD drive is "dead" (not the problem) .... but my HP EliteBook 840 G2 doesn`t power up at all.

I`ve tried powering up with just the battery.(no joy)

I`ve tried powering up with just the power adapter.(no joy)

I tried a few forums offering basic advice (press power button 15 - 30/60 seconds etc.)

This didn`t solve my issue ... so here I am ... asking the experts.

IS THERE A SOLUTION TO THIS WITHOUT GETTING OUT A SOLDERING IRON?

I accidentally allowed foam cleaner to access the inside cover of my hp elite book 840 g2 and afterwards the battery has been behaving really awkwardly. every time i power it on without the AC adapter, it does not completely come on. it shuts down before completion of the power on process with a click sound . but whenever i use the adapter, there ain't such a problem. this happened immediately after exposure to the foam cleaner and has been the same ever since. i believe the motherboard is the one that was affected as it was close to the ventilation regions at the time of exposure. how should i go about this. please help.

My laptop is not turning on only power button and caps lock key light is continuously on and charging indicator is blinking continuously and even not powering off . This problem started while I am working on it with putting a charger and suddenly system is off.
