I wanted to upgrade my computers, graphics card to a GTX 1660 and the PCIE PROVIDE 75w however, I need another 45 W to safely use it with my power supply. I was wondering if I could use some sea power to also aid empowering my GPU and the sea connects to this weird port on my motherboard, which I don’t know what is called. Need help with a PC no-display issue! My PC suddenly hard-froze with an audio buzzing sound earlier. Now, it turns on and fans spin, but there's no video output (monitor stays in power-saving mode).

I've already tried resetting CMOS, reseating the RAM, cleaning/reseating my GT 1030 GPU, and testing the built-in motherboard port, but nothing works. CPU cooler is tightly installed and thermal paste is fresh.

Could this be a PSU failure or a motherboard issue? Thanks in advance!

So as many here may or may not know, I had a Dell 530s in service for some time on Win7 Ultimate. That machine can't take a C2Q with mine, but I found a HP Compaq 6000 SFF for $28 with the Q9400 CPU out of the box stock, just no hard drive. I am open to ditching the card and getting a card without this connector if it's truly a lost cause.

The machine shipped with a 256MB ATI Radeon HD 4550 HP OEM with DMS-59 :-(. Is it possible to find a good DMS-59 to HDMI or DP today, or is it just time to get a better card that better fits the Q9400?

My HP EliteOne 800 (unsure if it is a G1 or G2) will not turn on, no lights will turn on, or the screen is not showing any sort of responsive interface. It is making noises like it is running, but nothing is happening or it will not start at all and is completely unresponsive to all buttons.
