I have the same problem, i tried changing keyboard to PS/2 port also changed the CMOS battery but the error still persists and when i press F1 to save changes nothing happens

Hi Guys! My Desktop Computer Doesn't work, it says "error 162" and need to replace new cmos battery, I'll waited for an half hour to boot but nothing happens. I've also try to reset the battery and jumper cup and nothing happens.. when i press the F10 or F9 on the display options it doesn't work it stuck for an hour and nothing happens. I've also tried to replaced new cmos battery and it doesn't work also... please help guys!!! lets fix the world =)

Every time I boot my computer on, it comes on just fine. Then I try to pull up a file in windows explorer or I try to go onto the internet and it just goes SUPER slow. Why is that? Do I need to install a SSD?

i have this sff HP, HP Elite Desk 800 G1 pc and i want to replace its stock power supply from 350 watts to a higher because ive heard that if i plug in a single fan GPU onto it, the psu will fail. besides, i am also planning to extract its MoBo and put it into a bigger case for more room. is these possible??

I can’t recognize what problem it has, I watched some videos to fix it on youtube but I find out that my pc is beeping for 9 times all of the videos that I watched on youtube have the solution for 5 beeps none have 9 beep problem solution.

HP DC5700: XP will not upgrade to Windows 8

I purchased the upgrade for Windows 8 thinking all would be easy and fast.

After much research and time, I have come to the conclusion that XP just won't upgrade unless you have a 64 bit system Is this true?

Can I add 32 bit to the present machine and use the upgrade that I have already purchased.

Should I just get a new PC? Can this machine be made useful and secure on the internet?
