when I am printing, the page roller makes a very loud annoying sound. What can that be, and how do i fix it?

when i put it on it goes through the mormal cycle of getting ready, however when i send a print to it instead of printing after sometime it indicates paper jam but on checking there is no paper jam at all

HP Color LaserJet CP1215: Why won't a second sheet of paper feed through?

I have a HP CP1215 and a HP CP1518ni. Both have developed a similar problem, though with the CP1215 the problem has gone to the point of being unable to print.

After printing one sheet, the printer is unable to grasp a second sheet and pull it through the system. Sometimes it will just not pick up the sheet at all, and other times it will grab two pages, with a pause between the two pages. In either case, the printer diagnoses this as a paper jam (whether there is actually a sheet partially fed or not, and so everything has to be opened up.

I cannot see the paper feed rollers to see if there is some kind of build-up or deterioration on these. With the CP1215, I cannot get it to grasp a sheet at all, either from the tray or the bypass.

This problem seems to be present for all paper weights and regardless of smoothness. I want to either repair myself or find someone who can repair it.

Since a paperjam the ajustment of prints in color is bad. I tried to do it by software, but that didn't help. What can I do?

how to fix printing shadows, the upper left is mostly good but then it starts shadows start in red color and if i print a picture it will be blurry. have tried to calibrate but did not work, called HP but that was a joke. they just wanted me to buy a new printer. also i have changed the cartilages a couple of times. I've tried the hard and soft resets and the same error happens. I actually got it to print a picture and a test tone page after a dozen attempts but that seemed to be a fluke. At least I know it has plenty of black toner still. Also swapped another color with the black and the black toner light still blinks along with the attention light. I think something that reads the black toner cartridge is screwed up. Any ideas? BTW I'm using Windows 10 and can't figure out how to install HP's "toolbox" program.
