On HP's advice, I bought a step down transformer and plugged in the printer which shows the power is working but also shows an error 85,04. The message indicated the printer thinks it has experienced a power outage and continues to show the error and will not execute a print command. HP are not interested in fixing it. I only used the printer about three times before repatriating to Ireland and it was over $400 Canadian dollars when I purchased it. Can anyone help me to fix it? I would be very grateful for any help you can offer.

Only the backlighting and the LED are working.
