Both of my kids got these computers for school. Specifically HP X360 Convertible Touchscreen Chromebook (11-ae131nr). The younger one’s headphones jack works perfect. The older one’s doesn’t work. The headphones work fine, as I plugged them into my MacBook to try. His computer jack just doesn’t seem to accept the headphones. When I try the bluetooth ones, they keep working fine, but then the computer just disconnects them.

Please help!
