HP Chromebook 11 G4: Will Replacing Motherboard Unenroll from Enterprise?

I have this school enrolled chromebook and I graduated last year. I have been trying to unenroll it because my school IT guy never unenrolled it after I graduated. I have tried a lot of old ways of unenrolling and they all never worked. I was thinking maybe if I would get a new motherboard, there would be no data so I would technically be free, right?

HP Chromebook 11 G4: How do I Get Forced Re- Enrollment Off of my Chromebook?

I have an old Hp Chromebook 11 G4 from my school(No it's not stolen). I have tried almost every way possible of getting this off of the computer. I've even tried to do my own little twist of things that I thought might work and I can't get passed the "developer mode has been blocked by your administrator" screen. If I could get some answers that would be so awesome. By the way, I know that I can replace the HDD/SSD, but it is soldered to the motherboard and I would not really like to spend the money on a new one. I will honestly try ANYTHING AND EVEYRTHING that people suggest on here and I'll let you know if it worked or not.

HP Chromebook 11 G4: Keyboard thermal compound fell off, cant replace

I replaced my motherboard on my chromebook and while in the process, the thermal compound fell off. I just thought, oh well I will replace it with thermal paste and make it even cooler. Well the complete opposite happened and now the temps of my chromebook get up to 80 degrees Celsius. So far with my research, the only way to replace this is by buying a whole new keyboard with the thermal compound applied, which cost up to $70. I was wondering maybe if I could buy this compound somewhere so I did not have to replace my whole keyboard and instead just buy new thermal compound and install it on my keyboard. Thanks in advanced.
