HP 7 Plus 1302: Why won't my HP 7 Plus turn on?

Hi, I’ve got an HP 7 Plus tablet and I can’t get it to turn on. It’s been on the charger for the last 8 hours and when I push the power button nothing happens. Can anyone help me get this thing working?

I was using my tablet and all of a sudden the screen just froze. I can't seem to get it to do anything. The screen won't turn off and when I hit the power button nothing happens. Please help!

HP 7 Plus 1302: I can't hear any audio when I have headphones plugged in

For the past 2 weeks I have not been able to listen to anything on my tablet when using headphones. The speakers work just fine, but nothing comes through the headphones. I don't know what to do.

What about the front screen . because my tablet's front part is cracked and has 2 hole in it one on the side of the tablet and one on in a crack part.
