My computer restarting everytime I turn it on. It does because when I was resetting it I suddenly cut the power off and now it is restarting everytime please I need a solution

This is not the pc I have, however is it he closest one, (mine is a older 2012 desktop of the same design, the original OS was win 8)

I used to get 50 fps on medium graphics with mc, now I get 10 ish, I am wondering if it is even possible to get this thing upgraded since it has dedotated parts, the only none dedotated part is the ram.

It has a AMD A8, 8 gigs of ram, and a almost full ssd, im wondering if putting 16 gigs of ram in will fix the loading times, since thats mainly the issue, and the ram is constantly shown as at 100% alongside the cpu.

Hello!

Sorry for the different PC, the 24 wasn't listed in the devices list, but is a descendant of the 22 series.

Yesterday, my HP All-in-One randomly lost all power while I was playing a game on it. It is powered by an external brick, which I determined still works after testing it with a multimeter.

I tried turning it back on but it wouldn't respond. At most the power indicator above the socket in the computer would flash a few times, showing that there was some electricity flowing but not a lot and not for long, about 10 seconds after I plugged the power in. I've already tried looking for areas of short circuit and also reseated the ram.

Is there anything else I should do before contacting professional repair?

So my pc was not able to boot to desktop and i did a repair and diagnosis, and now anytime i update a document and i save, the next day when I on my pc the document doesn't show on desktop.is there a solution for it.
