I recently upgraded to windows 10.My computer is going on through some automatic repair challenges.I tried to troubleshoot shoot with command prompt but it did not allow me because of my account.I have an activated account but I cannot access it since I forgot the password.This has also affected other advanced options such as uninstalling updates or features and factory reseting the computer.Could you please show me what to do?

I was given this computer to restore it to wipe everything however, I realized that going to recovery I can only restore it to a system image and not wipe. Since this is a windows 7 laptop, I most likely will need the CD/DVD for this task but is there another way to do what I want to do?

i was playing a game when suddenly the screen turned pink. i got worried and closed down the game...and while doing so.. the screen went black as the application shut off....then there was pink color coming from all sides of the screen and stripes form and the screen from black turned pink..and on white background it shows green stripes

It has Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU B960@2.20GHz processor

System type- is 64bit operating system x64 based processor
