Ok well my hp 2000 laptop was working fine one minet then when i hooked it back up to the monitor i have been using as a bigger screen for my laptop, i did what i always did plugged in the blue monitor plug that goes from comp, to monitor. and hit function and f4 to switch from laptop screen to monitor screen and that's when my laptop went all blinky on me. it shut off and when i tried to turn it back on all the code lights started blinking all the way around continually. i tried taking out battery and plugging it in then power on still the same thing happen i tried hard reset didn't work. i'm at my wits end please help...

HP 2000 - 2D22DX: external monitor quit working

My external HP w2207 monitor was working fine. I'm running Windows 10 . A while back, that monitor quit working and also changed my desktop screen. I believe, but I'm not sure, the problem began after installing an update from AMD - the manufacturer of the processor. I have searched the AMD support site, the Microsoft and Windows 10 support site, and the HP support site, but I could find nothing about my problem.

Is this site monitored? Will I get an answer or advice?
