It does show that it is connected but and the light on the side turns white (like when it is plugged in at 100%) and the battery percentage does neither increase or decrease. I heard they are pretty useless, but i still tried many programs like HP PC Hardware Diagnostics and none found any problem with the battery. Should i buy a new charger hoping for it to be the problem or is it over
