Sometimes my laptop turns on when pressing the power button and sometimes it doesnt. Is there anything I can do?

HP 15-BA078DX: Laptop won't connect to wifi

It didn't have my hp model as an option but it's a 15-ba049ca . It shows WiFi networks that are available and allows me to put my password in to connect but then it like stops. The available networks disappear and then reappear again but still won't let me connect. I have no idea how to fix this and would appreciate some guidance on what to do!

HP 15-BA078DX: Black screen when playing videos

Hello, my computer goes black screen every time I play videos on YT or try to watch netflix, taskbar still shows and as soon as I move the mouse y goes back to the video but won’t stop turning black. Also tried to open some photos from my library and error -2147219194 showed up, I don’t know if thats related, Thanks for the help!

when i turn on my computer it just turns off automatically with out touching it. and it trys to reboot its self but continues to fail to turn on.
