I’m facing an issue with my laptop (HP Notebook 14-am127TX), and I could really use some help. Here’s the problem:

The laptop does not power on at all when I press the power button.

However, when I plug in the charger, the laptop turns on briefly (fan spins up loudly) but then shuts off again almost immediately.

This happens in a continuous loop — it turns on for a second, fan spins, then shuts down again.

What I’ve already tried:

Replaced the motherboard, but the issue persists.

Replaced the RAM, still no POST.

Replaced the power button, still no change.

Checked the battery — seems fine, and there is no visible damage.

Replaced the DC power socket, still no change.

Bought a new charger, the issue persists.

The screen stays completely black and does not light up at all during this process.

Does anyone have an idea of what could be causing this problem? Could it be something related to the power supply circuit, processor, or possibly a faulty power IC? Or is there something else I missed that could be preventing it from powering on properly?

Any advice or suggestions for troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
