My son has an HMD Pulse+ and he updated his pattern to unlock the phone. However he’s forgotten the pattern now and cannot unlock it.

We’ve tried to hard reset but it will only fast reboot.

Any help that can be provided is appreciated.

Cannot hard reset, stuck in fastboot with no option]]> Son cannot remember his password and locked out of phone. Tried holding on/off button and vol down to go into bootmode but once in it you have no options to choose from. Cannot reset in family link as there is no option too.
