My speaker turns on with the blue light flashing and my phone's bluetooth connects right away, but no sound comes out of the speaker anymore. It's pretty much brand new and in the beginning I could hear it turn on; now nothing happens, but I know it's charged and turned on.

I've also tried to hold the pause/play button for 5 seconds in hopes that it would reset something and then reconnected my phone's bluetooth and still no sound is coming out.

Is there something I'm missing or something else I can try?

HMDX Jam: Jam Replay HX-P250 Not charging?

Hi, I received a Jam Replay (HX-P250) for Christmas and this is the first time I've got it out of the packaging to charge. I've plugged it into multiple things via multiple mini to usb cables (computer, power bank, different wall outlets with multiple chargers). I cannot get the red charging light to stay solidly on. It turns on for ~5secs then turns off whenever I plug it in. I can not get the device to respond otherwise. It will not turn on at all or show up in bluetooth devices.

Did I get a bum battery? Is it acutally charging? I have no idea what this thing is doing. I want to chuck it across the room.

HMDX Speaker: Micro USB charging port broke, can I change the power source?

So I’ve had this HMDX HX-P130GY speaker for years and the micro USB port broke off of the circuit board. I had to keep it plugged in to be able to use it because the rechargeable battery ran out of juice long ago.

The pins broke unevenly, and since I don’t have a micro soldering head or much soldering skill, I seriously doubt that I’d be able to reattach the port.

Is there any way I can continue to use this speaker? It’s a great little speaker and the only thing wrong with it is this broken port.

I’m willing to use it without the circuit board and power switch.

HMDX Jam Plus: Speaker will no longer pair with galexy J7

My speaker has been great, always pairs, sound quality is amazing. All of a sudden it will not pair with my phone, galexy J7, I've reset my phone by taking the battery out, I've tried resetting my speaker, when I try and reset it, it just powers off no blinking lights, and it still will not pair. Please help me if you have experienced this.
