HMDX Jam Plus: My HMDX Jam Plus won't turn on. How do I fix this?

I left the speaker plugged in overnight but I still won't power on. When I plug it in the charging light doesn't light up.

HMDX Jam Plus: Speaker will no longer pair with galexy J7

My speaker has been great, always pairs, sound quality is amazing. All of a sudden it will not pair with my phone, galexy J7, I've reset my phone by taking the battery out, I've tried resetting my speaker, when I try and reset it, it just powers off no blinking lights, and it still will not pair. Please help me if you have experienced this.

Ive followed your steps on how to replace / to seperate the main soeaker from its shell but the main problem im facing was the surround foam for the speaker because mine was busted amd not work really well any more so i plan to just replace it but just doing it by my self to save time and money so i ask to this site because i know that you will also help me from this problem / situation

HMDX Jam Plus: Why won't the the Jam Plus connect to my Laptop?

When I try to pair the HMDX Jam Plus to my laptop's Bluetooth it prompts me for a PIN. I use the PIN 0000 but a connection is never made to the laptop.

HMDX Jam Plus: Do I have a bad battery?

I let the speaker charge all night long but lately it only lasts for 30 minutes to an hour. The box said it was suppose to last 6 hours. Do I need to replace the battery?
