HMDX Jam: Dismantle a JAM HX-P370

All the JAM "take apart" videos do not show how to take apart a JAM HX-P370 bluetooth speaker. It has screws on the side and not the top or bottom like most videos show. I need to know how to get the top and bottom off without breaking it. Reply to mbarondeau@hotmail.com if you can help with instructions or images.

HMDX Jam: No sound coming out of my speaker no matter what I do

My speaker turns on with the blue light flashing and my phone's bluetooth connects right away, but no sound comes out of the speaker anymore. It's pretty much brand new and in the beginning I could hear it turn on; now nothing happens, but I know it's charged and turned on.

I've also tried to hold the pause/play button for 5 seconds in hopes that it would reset something and then reconnected my phone's bluetooth and still no sound is coming out.

Is there something I'm missing or something else I can try?

HMDX Jam: Power charge port won't work anymore.

It was getting loose and the sound was breaking up - but now it’s stopped working at all and won’t charge. I think something may have broken off inside the port hole. Can it be repaired?

HMDX Jam: Jam Replay HX-P250 Not charging?

Hi, I received a Jam Replay (HX-P250) for Christmas and this is the first time I've got it out of the packaging to charge. I've plugged it into multiple things via multiple mini to usb cables (computer, power bank, different wall outlets with multiple chargers). I cannot get the red charging light to stay solidly on. It turns on for ~5secs then turns off whenever I plug it in. I can not get the device to respond otherwise. It will not turn on at all or show up in bluetooth devices.

Did I get a bum battery? Is it acutally charging? I have no idea what this thing is doing. I want to chuck it across the room.

So I'm trying to see if its possible to change or even fix the charging port on the speaker mine will no longer take a charge and the pins look a little bent inside of the unit..not sure if its feasible to even repair or change it..thanks anyways

HMDX Jam: Jam xt stopped playing

My jam xt was playing fine, but, when I tried to play it today, it wouldn't play. It used to make two sounds for on, and one for off, but, now, only makes one for each. I've tried charging on four different chargers, all known to work, so it must be fully charged. I also tried to pair it again, but get a message on my phone that Jam XT is not in pairing mode, even though the blue light is flashing. Any suggestions?

The speaker will not increase volume even if I try to do it from my iphone 4. Now it asks me for a password but I never even entered one. Also is there a way to open it because I did drop the speaker before.

Pluses the white logo light and blue pairing light, beeps every 6 seconds, wont pair, is fully charged. This thing is completely useless, this is my 3rd one. Lets just ship them all back to the factory. Was like 50 bucks!
