I dropped my device on concrete and the screen is cracked. The device no longer responds to touch and I am unable to login to the device. Everything else on the device seems to be working well, although I can't really tell, because I can't access the home page.

I have an HKC model# P776A and if the charger is not in it will not boot up and when it is booted up you can take charger out but the battery drops fast.

I bought a new adapter change for the tablet. When I plugged the tablet to charge it made a noise and was a bit hot, Both the charger and the tablet. The tablet will not power up and still makes a noise.
