HKC P774A: Why does my HKC P774A not turn on?

I have had my device for nearly 6 months. Just yesterday the device stopped turning on.

HKC P774A: My P774A's screen is cracked, and unresponsive to touch.

I dropped my device on concrete and the screen is cracked. The device no longer responds to touch and I am unable to login to the device. Everything else on the device seems to be working well, although I can't really tell, because I can't access the home page.
