HKC P771A: Charger port needs to be replaced

When I attach the appropriate charger to the female port on the this device, there is no response. The port is jiggling and visually appears to be worn out. Can I replace the port and what is the level of difficulty ? Thanks

HKC P771A: Tablet is making a noise when charged and not powering up

I bought a new adapter change for the tablet. When I plugged the tablet to charge it made a noise and was a bit hot, Both the charger and the tablet. The tablet will not power up and still makes a noise.
