GuliKit KingKong 2 Pro: Flashing Lights when woken up shuts down after 10 seconds

When i wake up the controller it just flash LEDs for 10 seconds and it turns off.

PS: I charged it for more than two hours. and its brand new

GuliKit KingKong 2 Pro: Pressing x or y gets registered as X+Y

I have tested the xinput online in a browser and on usb game controller settings from windows.

Whether I'm pressing x or y, the resulting inputs are always X+Y

I have reset/updated the controller but still no change in input. The controller is new and has barely passed 7 days of post delivery gaming(indie side scroller).

Is there any software fix to this or should I open it up?

GuliKit KingKong 2 Pro: Hall Effect stick replacement.

The stick that holds the thumb sticks on the right has been broken on my Gulikit KingKong 2 Pro. I just want to replace the hall effect stick. Desolder it and replace it with a new one. Does Gulikit or ifixit provide the hall effect stick alone?
