Google Home: My google home has stopped working completely

When I turn it on I get 2 vertical lights, then a cross of 4 lights, and this repeats....

It's not connecting to the internet, and not responding to any questions

This started about a week ago. For the previous 6 months it has been ok

I suspect its a software update problem. Can you help me?

My mics on my Google home seem to be dead. They're not muted. I've spoken with Google support but am out of warranty. I would like to repair this but can't find replacement parts for the mic.

Google Home: Not working showing 4 lights on top.

My Google home suddenly stopped working. It shows 4 lights on top. I tried resetting it by holding down the mute button for 15 seconds but that didn't work. I left it unplugged overnight which also did nothing. I removed it from my devices and now it isn't visible anymore. It was previously showing as unavailable. Any ideas?

Help….my daughter gave me her Amazon home which she bought in Oz. Like a fool i thought you could plug it in, in the uk (same voltage etc). Now its blown the chip that has the green surround in the picture in step 8. Anyone know where I can get a replacement motherboard or how to fix.
