GoPro Karma: Main Board Chip replacement

Hello. I bought this Karma with everything for 150. However, I bought it broken. I located some broken chips. I am good and replacing chips, capacitors, resistors on boards, but I am terrible at the moment knowing what any of it means.

I supplied pictures, could you guys/gals let me know what these are and where I can buy them to reflow them onto the board???

I understand that there is a fix it shop in France and it seems that they are legit and would fix my Gopro karma drone pairing problem..but what i would like to know is , is there a place I can send my drone to get it fixed here in the United States ?

GoPro Karma: Battery charging not happening

The charger does charge the controller, but not either drone battery. They do not heat up. One flashes green led for a minute and then nothing.

How do I determine if the charger or both batteries are defective?

GoPro Karma: Crashed Drone, Water Damage

Evening,

Earlier on today I crashed my Karma into a tree which resulted in the props breaking and the drone falling into a stream. The drone was submerged in around 2ft of water for around 15 seconds before I retrieved it. I have removed all broken propellers, GoPro Camera seems okay.

ive removed the battery and tried to dry everything off as best as I can by using cloth and a hair dryer.

im assuming there will be some unseeable water damage, although I am going to give it a few days before I try to turn the drone back on, I was hoping you could give me some insight into what I could do or how much it’d cost me for you guys to look at it and repair and damages?
