Because every time I press the shutter button, the camera freezes completely and must be shut off before it will do anything else. But the problem simply repeats itself no matter what I try.

I cannot update the software, nor check the contents of the camera.

Is there anything I can do?

My Gopro Her 4 seems to have gotten a crack in the body as per image.

Is here perhaps a replacement part I can get?

Whats strange is that I basically never used the Gopro and had it stored in the waterproof housing. When I recently dug it out I noticed this crack in the body (as well as face-plate which seems to be standard on these models)

Any help would be appreciated.

Most of the time whenever i record in 4k or or low quality.. A few minutes are recorded well... Then the screen turns white... Although audio is recorded but recorded video is just white blank screen...

My son tried to put the wrong charging cord into camera and it bend up the port. Do you repair this and if so, how much? Hoping to repair rather than buy new one.

I was wondering whether it would work, if I were to take the expansion port part from a Hero4 Black and put it in a Hero4 Silver, or vice versa?

Do those two models use the same part?

my GoPro shows sd-error on screen, altought I tried to format it in the GoPro and tried many cards which are working in other GoPro cameras.

When I try to format it in the gopro and look then at the sd-card on the pc, the files are still there..

Could the problem be in the sd-card reader? Would a change of the sd-card slot solve my problem?

The camera works fine, but I would need to replace the grey coloured panel but I am not able to find it. Can anyone please help me find it? Gopro does not have this part available for replacement.

Its the same grey coloured panel on which the gopro writes "HERO4"

I damaged my GoPro lense, changed the lense and now the sound isn't working. Could I have damaged the sound card/microphone and can this be repaired?

my gopro has been freezing and getting super hot lately. which led me to get anew sensor as many people suggest that as a solution. but in vain, the issue was not in the sensor. any help with that ????

No settings had been adjusted during the evening other than swapping video/burst.

I was trying to see if I could get various pictures of motherboards, but that aren't detailed enough for me to see. On Google.

In my older GP. This is component I circled is here. But in my newer one it's lol.. like gone completely.

I have no understanding why my old one had that part I originally circled on my first post got damaged.

But yeah I think it's toast my gp
