GoPro Hero3 Black: Rear Red Flashing Light

After trying the numerous different possible solutions I have found on the interwebs, I have not been able to solve this problem. After inserting a fully charged, known good battery into the camera, after hitting the power button all I seem to get is a flashing red light on the back of the camera. As mentioned, I have tried all the different hocus pocus solutions I have been able to find but to no avail. Any ideas before I send it in for repair?

Thanks,

GoPro Hero3 Black: battery light on, but nobody is home.

I (brilliantly) taped my naked GoPro Hero 3 to the handle of a throwing axe. Long story short, the camera body itself sustained a severe dent, damaging the battery. The camera seemed to work, at least I was able to retrieve the fateful event from the memory card. I bought a new battery, which appears to charge, but the camera no longer works. I am wondering I can do. Is this camera salvageable?

Haven't charged my GoPro Hero 3 in a while, when I went to plug into my MAC there was no response from the GoPro.
GoPro Hero3 Black: WiFi and pairing will not work

I cannot pair my IPhone 6 to my GoPro 3 Black. Also when I push the WiFi button on the left side of my camera the blue light does not flash so consequently I cannot pair my camera with my supplied fob. Can someone please give me a clue as to what is going on?

My IPhone 6 in settings/bluetooth will not even give me a chance to do anything, it just continues showing me the working dial that it is trying to connect. On the back of my camera on the LED display it says "No WiFi" I push the button on the side and it does not change. I cannot get Wifi" on my Camera. I have to use the camera manually when taking pictures.

Oh and I have tried different SD cards and new batteries and downloading the update numerous times. Oh and the camera has never been wet or dropped.

The Support team at GoPro has not been able to figure it out. They have had me jumping through all the hoops with updates, SD cards, on and offs, basically everything but standing on my head.
