Are they essentially the same, and can pivot kits for the Reign 2 or maybe even Reign 1 be used on the Reign 3?

I cannot find replacement parts anywhere for the Reign 3, any help is appreciated.

What I require is a pivot bolt for the rock arm seat stay pivot... $1.00 part - $2,000.00 bike, frustration - priceless! :)
