I am new in fixing. Learning from here and want to offer service to others. Shows how new I am by asking this.

I do want to focus on Apple products mainly but I’m open to other devices to what essential items do you suggest I get?

What is the way I could get going fast and then build up? A good example might be in the pro tech tools there an about fifty dollar version to start with then add on kits.

So my question involves both tools and parts but also services.

Getting Started: What kind of liability insurance do you carry?

I am a sole proprietor. What kind of liability insurance can I buy to cover my business? My biggest concern is data loss of a customers computer. Other possibilities are breaking the hardware, but that can be replaced. I would also like loss due to fire or theft. Hopefully I'll never have to use the insurance, but I'd like to cover myself.

Second question, I would like a customer release form. Something to the general effect that they will not hold me liable as long as I take reasonable precautions and do good work. Most of my business revolves around fixing windows issues, but I occasionally also work on hardware. Are there any generic forms out there that I can use or tweak?

Any advice is appreciated.

Getting Started: Standoff and tri-point screwdrivers in business toolkit

I'm about to buy repair business toolkit version 2018 but I am unsure if it's truly including all the tools I could ever need to fix any iPhone on the market so far. For example does it include tri-point Y000 screwdriver bit and standoff screwdriver bit?

Getting Started: smartphones/tablets repair training needed in the United Kingdom

I live in the United Kingdom and my business plan on wholesale liquidation of smartphones and tablets just got approved.I am on a program to encourage me to get self-employed and get of the job seekers'allowance.I would like to learn repairs as this would increase my profit margins.Please can anyone kindly suggest how I could go about learning this,I am a total newbie.
